Cancellation and Returns Policy
At KTEQUIP, we are proud of the quality of our products and make every effort to ensure that you receive the items you've ordered in perfect condition. We hope you'll never need to make use of our returns policy, however, because we're only human, there are rare times where mistakes may happen. If you find yourself on the receiving end of one of these times, please accept our sincerest apologies, and rest assured that we'll put things right as soon as possible. In the meantime, please familiarise yourself with our returns policy.

You may cancel your purchase within the cancellation period without having to give any reason, and we will refund the full price of the item, including VAT, to the card account from which you placed your order.
All unwanted products must be returned to us in an unused condition within 28 days of delivery. You may arrange to return the item yourself to local KTEQUIP store , or you may arrange for the item to be delivered to:

We do not seek to make money from your returned or unwanted items, but you must return the item to us at your own expense. If you require us to collect it from you, we will charge you for the costs involved. You must take reasonable care of the item until it is returned to us, and we may charge you for any damage if you do not.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you need to return an item to us due to damage or fault, you will be entitled to a full refund, including all VAT and delivery charges, to the card account from which you placed your order. Alternatively, we would be delighted to send you a replacement product. You may return the faulty or damaged item to your local KTEQUIP store, or we can arrange to collect the item from you, at our cost.
On return of the faulty or damage item, we will inspect it and if it is found to be damaged or faulty, we will arrange to complete your full refund. However, if the item is not found to be damaged or faulty either by us, or by the manufacturer, we will unfortunately not be able to refund any delivery charges incurred by us.
We may cancel your order for an item at any time before it is delivered to you, if we have made a mistake in the price for that item quoted on this website, and a reasonable person would have realised that we had made such a mistake - such as where the price quoted is unusually low and it is not clear from the accompanying message that this was intended.
If we cancel your order, we will refund the full price of the item (and all VAT and delivery charges associated with that item) to the card or account you used to place your order, but we do not have any further liability for cancelling.
